I’ve got 2020
Sailing Team Seniors from
William & Mary on the blog today! It’s been crazy to go through photos from nearly a year ago during the early stages of the pandemic. This session was such a bittersweet one and I’m so happy I’m finally giving these photos a permanent space online! Annie reached out to me because she wanted to do something special for her son, Connor, and his sailing team friends for their graduation from William & Mary. She said they had essentially created a nuclear family since they lived in two houses next door to each other so they had all remained close (and healthy!) during the pandemic. They missed out on their last few months on campus and ultimately had a virtual graduation. It was heartbreaking that they weren’t given the opportunity to experience their graduating senior year like they deserved, and yet all eight of them were kind, sweet, and full of smiles and laughter.
The William & Mary campus is absolutely beautiful so finding backdrops for photos was not an issue! We utilized the Crim Dell Bridge, Sunken Gardens and the Wren Building.
Alina, Audrey, Charlie, Claire, Connor, Dillon, Ellie, & Emma ~ wishing you all continued success since your 2020 graduation!!
