City Center at Oyster Point | Senior Photos

May 8, 2021 was the date Wyatt Gretka finally got to celebrate his 2020 graduation from Christopher Newport University!  Obviously, we all know the pandemic threw a wrench in everyone’s plans, but I’m happy he was able to have an official graduation even if it was a whole year later.  You may recognize him since I did his senior photos last year.  He hadn’t received his cap/gown yet, so these photos were definitely in order!  Our session at City Center at Oyster Point this weekend actually doubled as TWO senior photo sessions.  1) Wyatt’s CNU Graduation and 2) His upcoming August graduation from Culinary Institute of Virginia.  For the past year, Wyatt has been attending culinary school with dreams and aspirations to one day open his own food truck.

Wyatt brought his adorable Labrador retrievers, Rocket and Groot.  They look like brothers, but they’re not!  Wyatt’s mom said they’re from Puerto Rico and had bonded while there. She ended up adopting both of them from the SPCA to keep them together.  Pets are family and a huge part of our lives so I love when clients include them in their photos!
