This session ALMOST didn’t happen for a frightening reason. My sister-in-law, Nina (far right), and her family of five were heading down from Richmond to take their family photos and got into an accident at the Interstate 64 & 95 interchange. Airbags deployed, the windshield cracked, and damage to the front of the vehicle. Miraculously, everyone was okay, thank goodness!!! Ultimately, they had a friend pick them up to take them home where they swapped everything into her husband’s car and started on their way once again!! I’m incredibly grateful it wasn’t too serious because the car can always be replaced, but my family can’t!!
Nina’s husband (aka my brother-in-law), Nathan, and his brother wanted to gift their mom family photos with them all together. I’d say mission was accomplished!! Now Diana has plenty of photos with her family and photos of her grand babies!
We met up at Sandy Bottom Park in Hampton and it was pretty warm out so I was glad we chose this location because of all the shade!! Enjoy some of my favorites!
