City Center at Oyster Point in Newport News was eerily quiet for a Thursday evening. We just about had the entire place to ourselves which is a silver lining in all this quarantine mess. We didn’t hug or greet with handshakes and we kept an appropriate distance. I’m still getting used to this temporary ‘normal’. Jade was still all smiles despite the uncertainty surrounding the end of her senior year. She said she really likes school and her teachers this year so that part stinks. Being away from friends has been hard too.
To make a senior session more personal, I suggest to bring anything that represents this time in their life…instruments, pets, props, or whatever that looks like for them. Jade loves field hockey, her dog, and her baby brother so we made sure to capture all those! ❤️
Jade, congrats to you in this next chapter of your life as you head off to VCU this fall!
